Baking soda is found in every home, and it is well known for its numerous beneficial uses. It provides countless health properties that can treat many health issues. Today I will give you a 3 very easy and quick weight loss recipe using baking soda:

Recipe 1:

Ingredients:

1 tsp. of baking soda
1 lemon Juice
½ glass of water

Preparation and Use:

at first dissolve, the baking soda in ½ glass of water then add lemon or grapefruit juice. Stir well until all ingredients combine. Drink this mixture every day 20 minutes before having breakfast on empty stomach.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 glass of water
½ tsp. of baking soda

Preparation and Use:

Mix all the ingredients in a glass of water and stir well. Drink before breakfast on an empty stomach.

Ingredients:

2 lemons
2 cups of water
1 cup of strawberries
1 bunch of fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon of baking soda

Preparation and Use:

Mix the ingredients well until they combine. Consume it 2 times every day.

    Very interesting. I’d heard about people using the apple cider vinegar, but I’ve never heard of using baking soda as a weight loss solution.
    Is it safe to take for long periods of time?

      Hi Wendi;
      I put the videos up because I thought the information was worth sharing. I would do two weeks on, two weeks off, system with the baking soda since it can upset the acid/base levels of the body if used long-term or too much as a dose. Giving your body the two-week rest will allow your body to regulate your alkalinity.
