    A few weeks ago my daughter wanted to make these snacks with chia seeds, flax seeds, dark chocolate, and peanut butter. Something like a no-bake peanut butter ball. They are really good and now we are looking at different ways to use chia seeds.

    If the no-bake recipe is good, I wonder how they would be baked? I do like the idea of putting chia in my green tea, I will have to try that.

      I have to admit that the only way I have used them is in my daily smoothie and in energy bars from the health store. I am using them every day in the smoothie though.
